Ingredients:-
DAY- 1
* Potato boiled (आलू उबले हुए ) -1 medium size
* Red chilly (लाल मिर्च ) – 1/4 tsp
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) – 1-2 chilies
* Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) – some quantity
* Fennel (सौंफ ) – 1/2 tsp
* Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर ) 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1/2 tsp
* Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर ) – 1/4 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – 1/4 tsp
* Salt (नमक ) – as per taste
* Wheat flour (गेंहू का आटा) – as required
* Ghee (घी) – as required

DAY- 2
* Oil ( तेल) – 1 tsp
* Butter (बटर ) – 1 tsp
* Garlic (लहसुन ) – 1-2 pieces
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) – 1-2 chilies
* Ginger (अदरक ) –
* Onion (प्याज ) – 1 small pieces
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च )
* Cottage cheese (पनीर ) – 7-8 pieces
* Chile flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) – 1/2 tsp
* Oregano (ओरिगैनो ) – 1/2 tsp
* Salt (नमक ) – as per taste
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) – 1/4 tsp
* Tomato Ketchup (टमेटो केचप ) – 2 tbsp
* Pizza sauce (पिज़्ज़ा सॉस) – 1 tbsp
* Cheese (चीज़ ) – 2 tbsp
* Bread/chapati (रोटी ) – 1 chapati

DAY- 3
* Oil ( तेल) – 1/2 tsp
* Butter (बटर ) – 1/2 tsp
* Garlic (लहसुन ) – as per taste
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) – as per taste
* Ginger (अदरक ) – as per taste
* Onion (प्याज ) – 1 small size
* Boiled Beans (राजमा ) – 1/2 bowl
* Boiled Corn (कॉर्न) – 1/2 cup
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) – 1/4 tsp
* Tomato Ketchup (टमेटो केचप ) – 1 tbsp
* Salt (नमक ) – as per taste
* Boiled rice (उबले चावल ) – 1 medium bowl
* Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) – some quantity

DAY- 4
* Macaroni (मेक्रोनी ) – 1 cup
* Onion (प्याज ) 1 medium size
* French beans (फ्रेंच बीन्स) – 1/4 cup
* Carrot (गाजर ) – 1/4 cup
* Corn (कॉर्न ) – 1/4 cup
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) – 1-2 chilies
* Ginger (अदरक) – 1/2 inch
* Tomatoes (टमाटर ) – 1 pieces
* Salt (नमक ) – as per taste
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) – 1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri red chilly (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) – 1 tsp
* Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) – 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) – 1 tsp
* Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर )- 1/2 tsp

* Wheat flour (गेहू का आटा)
* methi/Kasoori methi/Spinach (मैथी/कसूरी मेथी/पालक) – 1 cup
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) – 1/2 tsp
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) – as per taste
* Salt (नमक ) – as per taste
* White Sesame Seeds (सफ़ेद तिल) – 1 tsp

DAY-6
