The recipe for bhaja masala –
For Bhaja Masala
===============
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Coriander
• 1 tsp fennel
• 1/2 tsp Ajwain or carom seeds
• 2 small Bay leaves
• 2 Dry red chillies
In a pan dry roast all the masala in medium heat and then set it cool .Once cool grind the masala and you can store it in a jar .
